ST JOSEPH DECK CLEANING AND HOUSE WASH

This customer in ST JOSEPH is a good friend of Grime Fighters House Washing LLC. and was overheard talking about how he was in need for a deck cleaning. As a homeowner that does all his own projects, we never considered him as a potential customer but approached him anyway. We discussed the different equipment and techniques we use for all surfaces including the time and effort he would save. Convinced, he hired us for both a deck cleaning and a house wash.

On arrival he was quite taken with our wash truck, so we gave him a tour. While one team member started the safety inspection checklist and set-up, he was presented the multiple pumps, hoses, specialty nozzles, and surface cleaner. Additionally, we showed and discussed all the solutions we have onboard that assist us in cleaning oil spots, rust, organics, etc.

With the checklists completed we started to pre-wash. Even during this phase of the house wash process we started to knock down quite a bit of grime. The client was surprised at how much dirt was coming off his home but that was replaced by shock when I told him we haven’t even started the real cleaning yet and much more dirt would still be removed. Once the cleaning solution was applied you could see it lift off the grunge, especially on the brick mortar. Shutters came out quite clean as well, It was commented that they looked as though they had been repainted. Unfortunately the pictures don't do them justice.

Moving to the back deck we used a light detergent and gentle pressure to remove dust, dirt, foot and paw prints. With no organic growth there was no need for stronger solutions, and we were still able to meet the customers’ wishes. As a courtesy service we used a pre-treatment on his concrete steps and walkways to brighten them up. Although not as dramatic as when we use our dedicated surface cleaner it did enhance their appearance quite a bit and the customer was thrilled.

UPDATE: After we left this job a neighbor stopped by impressed with the house washing results and how quickly we did everything. We were told he will be contacting us soon and we’re eager to assist another homeowner with their cleaning needs through superior cleaning service.
