St Joseph Missouri concrete cleaning and Driveway wash!

This St Joseph, MO customer was in need of concrete cleaning on the driveway, stairs, and sidewalk. The customer has been updating their home and after completing their new paint job they became more aware of how much organic material had actually built up on their concrete. They contacted Grime Fighters, and we sent out one of our professional pressure washer to assess the areas to be cleaned, answer questions, and offer a free quote. The area's all required cleaning and luckily simple pressure washing with our professional equipment would do the job. We pointed out to the customer that as wash off from the yard and the garden area was "ponding" in the lower areas of the driveway; the water and any material it brought with it was creating the perfect environment for the growth of organic material. Our team member explained that this is very typical for Saint Joseph and the surrounding areas in Buchanan County due to our climate and the flora common to the Northwest Missouri. The customer was concerned that the pressure washing would leave streaks or have a "patchwork" appearance from the inconsistences of how the “wanding” of a regular pressure washer would normally be used. Contracted for the job our team members prepped the areas to be cleaned followed by our pretreatment solution. Algae and organics immediately began dying off. As the pretreatment soaked for a short dwell time our technician started up the pressure washer then began to work the edging and corners which allows for crisp and clean lines (which would create quite the contrast from the neighbor’s driveway). The second phase of the cleaning involved using our dedicated surface cleaner that worked away all the dead organic material and built-up dirt. This ensured even and flawless results which we finished with the final step of “post-treatment” which would continue to clean the concrete for a few more hours. This added brightness and further destroyed organic growth hiding in the smallest of nooks and crannies. The same processes were applied to the stairs and sidewalk with the same amazing results. UPDATE: The customers were so satisfied with the driveway washing and the results of the stairway and sidewalk that they called us back to ask about a house wash. With the many home projects updating the home it had left a layer of dust and dirt. They had concerns about pressure washing the new paint, but we explained to them that we would use our specialized Soft Wash System instead of the pressure washing system along with professional chemicals to achieve what they wanted. Although not as impressive due to the lack of organic growth it still made an impression with the homeowner, and they were very satisfied with the result.
